1. What data we collect

Account data: name, email and phone that you provide upon registration.

Booking and service data: the salons and services you book, visit times and reviews.

Payment data: processed by the payment provider Stripe. Bereg does not store card numbers — only transaction status and history.

Technical data: device type, browser and anonymized service usage statistics.

2. How we use data

To operate the service: display the catalog, process bookings, handle payments and send reminders.

To improve Bereg and support users.

To send service notifications (booking confirmations, changes). Marketing emails are sent only with your consent.

3. Sharing data with third parties

We share data only with services necessary for Bereg to operate: Supabase (data storage), Stripe and Square (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS).

We share your booking details with the business you booked (name, contact, service, time) so that it can serve you.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. SMS notifications

If you gave consent at booking and provided a phone number, we send service SMS about your booking: confirmation, reminders and cancellation or rescheduling notices. These are transactional messages, not advertising.

Message frequency depends on the number of your bookings. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message; for help, reply HELP. Unsubscribing from SMS does not affect email notifications.

We do NOT share or sell phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The number is used solely to deliver these service messages through our provider Twilio.

English (SMS): By opting in at booking, you agree to receive transactional SMS from Bereg (appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for signing in and saving settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Cookies can be disabled in your browser, but some features may stop working.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on the secure servers of our providers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to mailings. To do so, contact us using the details below.
