Terms of Use

1. General provisions

Bereg is a platform that connects customers and service businesses in the Tampa Bay area. Bereg provides a venue for discovery, booking and payment, but the services themselves are provided by the business, not by Bereg.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your account access secure. We may suspend an account for violation of these terms.

3. For customers

When booking a service, you agree to the terms of the specific business, including cancellation policies and deposits. Payments and deposits are processed through Stripe.

Cancellation and refunds depend on the business’s policy stated at the time of booking.

4. For businesses

Plans: Prichal (free, 0% platform commission, with limits), Parus and Mayak (paid subscription, no limits). On all plans the Bereg platform commission is 0% — only the processor’s acquiring fee is withheld. Plan terms are stated on the “Plans and pricing” page.

The “Partner” status (Mayak plan) implies that the business provides a discount to Bereg customers in exchange for promotion. The business is responsible for the accuracy of its profile, services and prices, and for the quality of the services provided.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions to paid plans are charged monthly until you cancel them. Upon cancellation, the profile reverts to the free plan and data is retained.

6. Limitation of liability

Bereg is provided “as is”. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by a business or for disputes between a customer and a business, but we assist in resolving them within reasonable limits.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will try to announce material changes in advance. By continuing to use Bereg, you accept the updated terms.
